DON CHUY, THE CHEF
Don Chuy, the chef and owner of the Mexican restaurant Don Chuy, has a passion for cooking that has been evident since he was a young boy growing up in Mexico.
He began cooking at a young age, learning the traditional recipes and techniques passed down from his family. As he grew older, he developed a love for experimenting with new flavors and ingredients, always striving to create unique and delicious dishes.
